Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through MooMoo Toys and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Fulfillment Schedule

MooMoo Toys operates a scheduled fulfillment model.

On-hand orders are generally dispatched during approximately two fulfillment runs each month and normally within 7–14 calendar days after full payment.

For preorder items, fulfillment begins only after:

the product has physically arrived and the customer’s allocation is confirmed; and
the order has been fully paid.

Courier transit time begins after the parcel has been handed to the courier and is separate from the MooMoo Toys fulfillment period.

Same-day or immediate dispatch is not guaranteed unless expressly offered for a particular order.

2. Standard Local Shipping

Eligible local orders are assigned an appropriate shipping method based on the product’s package size, weight, handling requirements, destination, and available courier service.

The applicable standard shipping charge is generally shown at checkout.

Where an order contains several products, the checkout system may combine or apply shipping charges according to the applicable product shipping classifications.

Rates shown at checkout apply only to the shipping service indicated.

3. Special or Oversized Local Shipping

Large, heavy, oversized, multi-carton, fragile, or otherwise special-handling products may not qualify for ordinary automated shipping rates.

Products requiring special local shipping may be identified on the product page, checkout, or order instructions.

Where special shipping applies:

ordinary checkout shipping should not be assumed to represent the final freight cost unless expressly stated;
the customer may be asked to submit a Special / Oversized Shipping Request through our Manual Payment & Special Shipping page;
courier arrangements and applicable charges may be confirmed separately; and
dispatch will occur only after the required shipping arrangement and any applicable charge have been settled.

Depending on the item and destination, MooMoo Toys may offer a courier quotation or permit a mutually agreed buyer-arranged courier.

4. Standard International Shipping

International shipping is available only for eligible products and destinations.

Where automated international shipping is available, the applicable rate will ordinarily be shown at checkout based on destination and the package’s applicable chargeable shipping weight.

Availability of an international checkout rate does not guarantee a particular delivery period.

Customs processing, border inspections, and destination-country procedures are outside MooMoo Toys’ direct control.

5. International Manual Quotes and Oversized Items

Certain oversized, heavy, unusual, or otherwise unsupported products require a manual international shipping quotation.

If no ordinary international shipping rate is available for a product or destination, the customer should request a shipping quote before proceeding with shipment arrangements.

MooMoo Toys may require confirmation and payment of the quoted international shipping charge before dispatch.

If practical international shipment cannot be arranged, MooMoo Toys may decline or cancel the shipment and provide the appropriate remedy for any amount received for an order that cannot be fulfilled.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, international shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, or other destination-country charges.

The customer is responsible for charges lawfully imposed by the destination country or its customs authorities, except where applicable law or the specific shipping service provides otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered goods can lawfully be imported into the destination.

7. Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate:

recipient name;
delivery address;
postal code;
mobile or telephone number; and
other information reasonably required by the courier.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

8. Courier Handover and Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided or recorded after dispatch.

Courier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to mandatory consumer protections, ownership of goods is intended to transfer to the customer upon handover to the designated courier.

This provision does not waive any right or remedy for loss, damage, incorrect fulfillment, defect, non-conformity, or another matter for which MooMoo Toys remains legally responsible.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

If a shipment appears lost, arrives materially damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact MooMoo Toys promptly at:

Please retain the shipping carton, courier label, packaging, and product while the matter is investigated where reasonably possible.

Photographs and an unboxing video may assist an investigation, but the absence of an unboxing video does not by itself waive any right or remedy available under applicable law.

Courier delays occurring after dispatch do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or refund where the merchandise remains in transit, subject always to rights available under applicable law.

10. Split Shipments

Where an order contains products with materially different release dates, package requirements, or shipping classifications, MooMoo Toys may require or agree to separate shipments.

Any additional shipping charge will be disclosed or agreed before the additional shipment is arranged.
