How to Order at MooMoo Toys
Browse authentic figures, Gundam, trading cards, books and other collectibles using our online catalog. Checkout and order updates are managed through our online store. Credit cards accepted at checkout.
- Browse: Visit our catalog. Check each item’s condition, availability and selling status: On-hand, Preorder or Supplier Stock.
- Review: Open the product page for its price, payment requirements, availability, release estimate and shipping treatment.
- Checkout: Add the item to your cart, provide accurate contact and delivery details, and pay securely by credit card or select another payment method offered at checkout.
- Confirm: Keep your Shopify order confirmation and order number. An order is treated as paid only after the required payment has been received and verified.
- Follow progress: View your orders through your customer account. Courier tracking is provided after dispatch when available.
Important availability differences
On-hand: Held by MooMoo Toys. Preorder: An upcoming item not yet physically received, subject to supplier/manufacturer schedules. Supplier Stock: Offered from a supplier’s stock and sourced after ordering; not physically on-hand at checkout.
