3. Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we do offer only for places accessible by Grab or Lalamove. For same day deliveries customers should select In-Store Pickup upon check-out and/or contact us through our Facebook Page (same name: MooMoo Toys)
Once payment is confirmed, we will send you the shipping details.
4. Will my item arrive as stated?
We strive to provide the best service possible. However, there are some instances wherein there is a delay in the arrival of items that are outside of our control such as manufacturer or distributor delay.
5. When must I settle the balance of my order?
Please settle within 1 week from the item arrival. Unpaid slots will automatically be forfeited. Down payments and any other payments made are non-refundable. We may also refuse to accept any future orders from you and cancel all your incoming items as well.
