How do I order?

Choose a product at moomootoys.com, review its availability/condition, add it to your cart, complete checkout, and keep your confirmation. See How to Order.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Credit cards are accepted through secure online checkout. Use the supported card payment method displayed during checkout. See Payment Methods.

Do you have preorders?

Yes. Preorders reserve upcoming items subject to supplier allocation, release changes and product-specific terms. Eligible preorders generally have a 30% deposit unless the listing states otherwise. See Preorder Guide.

Are preorder release or arrival dates guaranteed?

No. Release and arrival dates are estimates. Manufacturer, supplier or shipping changes may affect timing.

What is Supplier Stock?

Items currently offered by suppliers that MooMoo Toys does not yet physically hold. They are sourced after ordering; Supplier Stock is not the same as a preorder or an on-hand item.

When are on-hand orders dispatched?

Our standard operations use approximately two dispatch batches per month. Ordinary paid on-hand orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 7–14 calendar days after full payment. Courier transit time starts after dispatch and is separate. See Shipping & Tracking.

How do I check order status and track delivery?

Keep your order-confirmation message or open My Orders. Carrier tracking becomes available after dispatch when the tracking information is provided.

Can I pick up my order at your office?

Our registered address is not a regular walk-in retail or pickup location. Pickup is available only if MooMoo Toys specifically confirms an arrangement.

Are preorder downpayments refundable?

They are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellation or change of mind, except where stated or required by law. If we cannot fulfill a confirmed preorder, applicable refund or other lawful remedies apply. See our Return and Refund Policy.
