Preorders at MooMoo Toys
Reserve eligible upcoming releases online through the relevant product page. Manufacturer release dates and supplier arrival estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
How reservations work
- Choose a product marked Preorder and review its item-specific terms and reservation deadline.
- Complete the checkout payment shown for that product. Unless otherwise stated, eligible MooMoo Toys preorders generally use a 30% deposit at checkout.
- We process the reservation subject to supplier availability and allocation. A supplier/manufacturer delay or revised release date may affect the expected arrival.
- Once the item arrives and is available for your order, we bill the remaining balance and applicable shipping. Under our current general terms, the balance is due within 14 calendar days of final billing.
- After full payment and physical availability, the order enters scheduled fulfillment and dispatch.
Deposit and cancellation terms
Downpayments are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated change of mind or failure to complete the purchase, except where otherwise stated or required by law. If MooMoo Toys cannot fulfill a confirmed preorder, applicable refunds or other lawful remedies apply. Review the specific listing and full terms before ordering.
Not a preorder: Supplier Stock
Supplier Stock items are sourced from a supplier after your order and, unless stated otherwise, require full payment at checkout. Sourcing and dispatch timing differ from ordinary on-hand stock.
